Personally designed by me to enable you to exercise in your own home, at a time that « fit's » you.

- IN SHAPE is available in 4:3 format, audio track English - you are going to work out one-on-one with your own personal
fitness trainer at home!
- As a certified aerobic instructor with many years of experience, Tanja uses clear body, hand and arm signals for all exercises on DVD

Advice

- Use a mat and have a towel available - you are going to perspire!

Cardio Explanation
- Cardiovascular (cardio) exercise = Aerobic Exercise;
- Increases cardiac (heart lung system) capacity;
- Strengthens the body, heart and lungs.
Warm up and Cardio
- Dance-style low impact moves to build up your endurance and burn fat! - 18 min.
- « Stand with your feet apart, roll those shoulders back - now do it again. Let's go for singles - right, left ».
Body Toning and Muscle Toning
- Muscle toning exercises, using your own body weight (dumbbells / hand weights optional) to get you in top shape! - 15 min.
- « Keep your abdominal muscles tight and your knees slightly bent ».
Stretching and breathing
- Techniques to create body and mind awareness and improve your flexibility. - 8 min.
- « Focusing on your proper body alignment, get in position on the floor, roll down, get your hands above your head, stretch out one leg, then the other and stretch throughout your
