Engaging a personal fitness trainer to help you get fit is all about your own goals - why do you want to get fit? Is it because you are:

Once you have decided what you want to achieve, I will - in consultation with you:
- Prepare your personal fitness trainer workout and nutrition plans, design your choreography / line-up / posing routine and make you work very hard!
- Develop a personal fitness trainer physical recovery exercise program to get you back on your feet again.
- Prepare your personal fitness trainer workout and nutrition plans and help you get IN SHAPE.
- Teach you, based on my own Miss Fitness Switzerland experience, design your choreography - Kür - / line-up / posing routine and make you work for your success!
- Schedule your personally designed workout at the time(s) that suit you.
Whatever your personal goals are, all my answers and plans will be based on:
- Your personal fitness and health level.
- Your personal safety.
- My knowledge of technique.
- My belief in low impact.
- I believe in the natural way to health and fitness.
- Fitness should be fun and enjoyable - a part of your daily healthy living routine.
- There are no short-cuts, special formulas or magic diets to get you - and keep you - fit and healthy.
- Healthy food and plain old-fashioned hard work, effort, determination and motivation are what you need.
- One more thing - a sense of humor is invaluable!
